Underwriting and Marketing Support
IMU provides dedicated underwriters and marketing representatives to support agents. Experienced  commercial underwriting professionals are available to assist IMU agents in eligibility, determinations, coverage interruption, market placement determination and other underwriting needs.

Rating
 Commercial submissions will mainly be done by the insurance carriers IMU does business with. IMU has some commercial products that can be rated in-house.

Claims
Most claims will be handled directly by the company. If for some reason they are not, IMU will provide an 800 number for direct access. See Claims Section for details.
